The Snohomish County Courthouse is on Rockefeller Avenue in downtown Everett. Parking is available nearby, and Community Transit bus routes serve the courthouse area. You will go through a security checkpoint when you enter. Bring a photo ID and any case documents you need staff to look up.

Edmonds Municipal Court

Edmonds has a Municipal Court, but it does not handle civil cases. The Edmonds Municipal Court is located at 250 5th Avenue N, Edmonds, WA 98020. Phone is (425) 771-0206. Hours run Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

The Municipal Court handles misdemeanors, gross misdemeanors, traffic infractions, and municipal code violations. It has online services for fine payment and accepts court records requests. For civil matters, family law, or any lawsuit, you need to go to Snohomish County Superior Court in Everett, not the Edmonds Municipal Court.

If you got a traffic ticket in Edmonds or were cited for a local ordinance violation, the Municipal Court at 250 5th Avenue N is where you go. For everything else civil, it is Everett.
